Location: the hotel was very close to the centre of Parramatta and rail services as well as local transport and restaurants. My room was impressive and bright, enjoyed it.

Thoroughly enjoyed how absolutely great the property was and its nice staff even upon check-out. The location was marvellous because it was near to ferries, train station and shopping.

There were very hard beds in our room.

Perfect setting, close to train station and ferry terminal as well as a vast array of restaurants.

Bad views.

It's perfect hotel with wonderful river views and amazingly efficient staff. Particularly good and incredible location to Building Ez. Set in a very quiet area adjacent to restaurants, shops, historic places and transport as well as Parramatta as reasonable price.

Booked a room with awesome views of the Sydney skyline. The hotel location was great and incredible next to stops for the free loop shuttle bus.

We didn't have pool, were a little disappointed.

All in all, excellant value for money. A pretty standard hotel with absolutely superb views. Well-appointed room with modern decor. Nice building, spacious bedroom. Easy check-in and late check-out, parking in the area.

Wi-Fi was bad.

The location was central, very close to liverpool, eateries and the shopping mall, and various stops on the way, and there were a church and an opera house a short walk to the venue. All the staffs were very efficient and brilliantly helpful.

All in all it was excellent value for money, considering prices in Sydney. The venue was set in the very central position really close to the River and therefore the ferry terminal as well as central Australia. Furthermore, to Sydney downtown Rock areas.

The bathroom was very tiny.

The place was great and surprising, with its personable staff on shift. This hotel was set in a very central area just off local restaurants where great, a really fantastic shopping centre and public transport both bus or train.

Nothing not to love.

Everything was well-maintained, so were pleasant views of the town. The room was extremely spacious and had a lounge, a kitchen and heating.

Brand-new & extremely pleasant room, it's own balcony, coffee, and a kitchenette area in there. Had own bathroom and attentive and exceptionally welcoming staff even upon check-out. Stunning and fantastic location next to Parramatta Westfield mall, train station, and cafes & shops, 5 min walk to train station.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment complex in Parramatta. The location was perfect, with plenty of dining options within walking distance. The spacious apartment had all the facilities we needed, including a pool and gym. The staff were incredibly helpful and made our experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Everything, espeically the room floorplan.

The only thing that I didn't like is a lady at front deck while I checked in on April 12 at 8pm. She provided me quite a bad service.

The hotel room was a nice size, had climate control and a lounge. The location was incredibly comfortable and easy, met very friendly staff with one staff member.

It was bright, spotless and in good condition...
